Pupil Admissions sends ‘Starting School in Tower Hamlets’ Brochure together with Common Application Form (CAF) and guidance notes to parents.

Advert in East End Life and on plasma screens in One Stop Shops throughout Tower Hamlets alerts parents to the application procedure and closing date.

JANUARY 2013

Monday 7th January 2013

Latest date for parents to return, by hand, Common application Form (CAF) to the nursery or primary school. Schools to forward to Pupil Admissions as and when received.

Tuesday 15th January 2013

CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS -

Parents must submit their paper applications to Pupil Admissions by 5pm or make their online applications by 12 midnight.

APRIL 2013

Wednesday 17th April 2013

National Offer Day. Pupil Admissions sends letters to parents advising them of the outcome of applications to all the schools they applied to.

The letter will inform parents that they must contact the primary school within a designated time to accept the place.

MAY 2013

10th May 2013

Final date for parents with offers to confirm acceptance of a place.
